Elliott Foreman is a 2023 C/RHP, 1B with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Diana, TX who attends New Diana HS. Recorded a 7.58 second 60-yard dash time. Large frame with athleticism present and significant physical projection. Primary catcher with a loose arm and the ball comes out well. Longer path to release with good arm strength recorded up to 75 mph. Gets on top of the throws well with good carry and accuracy. Arm strength plays well from secondary position of first base. Secondary righthanded pitcher who graded out best from the position. Low effort, fluid delivery with a high leg lift and good balance. Drives down the mound nicely to get downhill on the fastball that topped out at 83 mph. Curveball is a developing pitch with flashes of tight break when thrown with good arm speed. Showed three pitches and the fastball command and life were notable. Righthanded hitter with a wide base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Line drive swing plane who turns the barrel over well. Loose hands with a middle of the field approach. Some strength present and projects nicely as he gets stronger. Good student.
