Ty Kennedy is a 2022 SS/2B, OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Parker, CO who attends Legend HS. Recorded a 6.82 second 60-yard dash time. Lean, athletic build with significant wiry strength and some twitch. Primary shortstop who anticipates and approaches well with active footwork. Fields out in front of the plate well with plenty of arm strength up to 89 mph across and 91 mph from his secondary position of the outfield. Good body control on the charge and his transfer is clean and consistent. Righthanded hitter with a lower hand set, low back elbow, and an even stance. Short to the ball with a line drive stroke that works to both fields. Short and simple and gets the barrel out with quickness to his hands. Some whip to the barrel and has a plan at the plate. Good student.
