Grant Gilooly is a 2022 SS/MIF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Port St Lucie, FL who attends John Carroll Catholic. Taller with a higher waist and a proportioned frame that will hold good weight. Ran a 6.91 in the sixty yard dash. A primary infielder, quick first step with good lateral range. Solid approach to the ball and works through it. Consistent transfer and can change arm angles and throw on the move. A right-handed hitter, starts slightly open with a deeper hand set. Gets on plane hand has some fluidity and adjustability. Solid bat speed and translates to game play. Very good student.
