Tanner Lukowski is a 2019 C/RHP/1B with a 6-0 187 lb. frame from Omaha, NE who Skutt Catholic HS. Solid athletic build with good present strength. 7.53 runner, has good actions behind the plate and showed lower half athleticism, tends to stand straight up to throw and can improve his times and arm strength with better footwork through release, makes accurate throws and threw well in games. Right handed hitter, toe tap trigger with a good lower half shift into contact, has some strength in his swing, looking to pull the ball with a line drive swing plane. Also pitched, showed his arm strength well with a fastball that topped out at 82 mph, threw strikes with his fastball and was aggressive with it, short breaking slider can get off barrels. Should keep improving. Excellent student.
