2006 Northeast Top Prospect Showcase
Joe Modugno is a 2007 C with a 5'9'', 189 lb. frame from Merrimack, NH who attends Merrimack HS. Joe has a strong athletic build and showed very good catching tools at the showcase. He has a loose grooved swing and the ball really jumps off his bat. Joe has good present bat speed and strength in his swing. Joe has quick feet behind the plate with a strong arm and did very well in the workout. Joe is a player that should attract the attention of many mid-level college programs.
