P.J. Hanisak is a 2018 C/RHP with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Port Murray, NJ who attends Warren Hills Reg HS. Has a large frame and solid build with strength throughout. Posted a 7.25 second sixty yard dash. From behind the plate, has a tall setup, receives out front with quick transfers, arm strength was up to 70 mph while popping as low as 2.16 seconds. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with an upright, slightly open stance. Showed quick bat and hand speed, fuller swing plane, and barrel moves through the zone quickly. Generates a lot of leverage at the point of contact and carries when barreled. Mainly stays on a line drive swing plane, projectable tools. On the mound, throws from a three-quarters arm slot with a short arm circle through the back. Throws strikes with both pitches and works to contact. Great student.
