Nick Iverson is a 2019 SS/2B with a 5-8 135 lb. frame from Los Angeles, CA who attends Notre Dame HS. Has a young frame, lean build, and plenty of room to continue to fill out physically as he further matures. From the infield, very athletic actions with good range and glove skills, short arm action into accurate throws across. From the outfield, showed quality footwork and athletic actions with a quick release into throws. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with a squared stance and high back elbow. uses a middle of the field approach while swinging on a line drive swing plane. Showed good barrel skills to all fields with a contact approach, projects more with the bat down the road. Good student.
