Jordan Loudenback is a 2009 RHP/1B/3B from Marian Central in Huntley, IL, with a 6'0'', 182 lb. frame. He has a very nice body for a young freshman and could develop into a big, strong athlete as he matures. Loudenback arm works smoothly but his delivery gives him little opportunity to show anything but raw arm strength. He rushes out front severely and his arm drags trying to catch up and has no opportunity to extend out front. Loudenback's fastball topped out at 74 mph and he threw a 61 mph curveball. He has the body and arm smoothness to develop his skills with adjustments and plenty of time to improve. Loudenback also plays first base when not pitching. He is a very good student off the field.
