Garrett Fisher is a 2019 SS/RHP/C with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Fort Collins, CO who attends Rocky Mountain HS. Smaller well proportioned athletic build, young look. Primary shortstop but may have better future behind the plate, has athletic quickness and balance, receives the ball very well for his age and makes accurate throws, stays low and anticipates with maturity. Does have middle infield tools as well, 7.33 runner that will improve, has a quick release and sound overall actions. Right handed hitter, has a loose swing, gets out front at contact and hits line drives to all fields, back side will fly out at times in games. Also pitched, mid-70's fastball, hard arm action to spin the ball from, future is not on the mound. Interesting young player, acts like a ball player on the field and plays with confidence and skill, especially when he was catching. Good student.
