Zachary Pokorny is a 2019 C/OF with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from North Royalton, OH who attends North Royalton HS. Recorded a 7.56 second 60-yard dash time. Strong frame and build with advanced present physicality. Primary catcher with a lower set to start. Tight release from a higher arm slot and gains short ground coming out. Very good arm strength recorded up to 77 mph and low pop time of 1.89 seconds. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set and high back elbow. Shorter hand path to contact with a simple glide to move weight onto front side. Fluid swing with a gap to gap approach presently. Line drive swing plane with good jump off the barrel. Performed well in game as well with best contact coming while extended in front of the plate. Good student.
