Anthony Priester is a 2021 C/1B, OF with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Denham Springs, LA who attends Live Oak HS. Recorded a 7.00 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with broad shoulders and projects for additional physicality in the future. Primary catcher with a compact arm stroke and lower set. Pulls front side with a quick release on throws. Arm strength from behind the plate aids his ability to throw out runners. Righthanded hitter with a wide base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Big leg lift trigger into the swing with a whippy and loose swing. Longer path at times with a loud barrel head. Athletic stroke with looseness throughout and a low effort operation. Good strength at the point of contact with projectable power potential. Good student.
