Collin McCrabb is a 2019 3B/RHP, IF, OF with a 6-0 183 lb. frame from Wilton, IA who attends Wilton. Medium frame with a lean, athletic build. Projects for additional size with strength. Right handed pitcher with a simple side step delivery to medium leg kick. Stays tall and balanced on back side at gather before driving to the plate with drop and drive lower half actions. Stays in line with the plate and carries momentum through finish well. Flashed some arm quickness through finish from a high three-quarters arm slot that generated occasional arm side run with a fastball that topped at 83 miles per hour. Curveball had 11/5 shape with good rotation and sharp depth when staying on top of offering and maintaining arm speed. Also showed a changeup in the low 70's with occasional fading action to arm side. Tends to slow arm speed slightly with changeup offering. Developing feel for each edge of the plate, but was able to consistently fill the strike zone. Tools and velocity will continue to develop with physical maturity. Very good student as well.
