Logan King is a 2018 LHP with a 6-1 200 lb. frame from Cedarburg, WI who attends Cedarburg HS. Strong physical look, especially for his age. Big early hand drop load to start his delivery, slow pace through his wind up, smooth long arm action with an extended 3/4's arm slot, repeats his mechanics well and pitches under control. Steady mid-70's fastball, topped out at 77 mph, maintained his velocity well, got good fading action on his fastball at times. Primary fastball pitcher, mixed in a rare short slider, threw strikes and made hitters put the ball in play. Left handed hitter, upper half rotational swing, quiet load and approach, mostly opposite field contact. Good student.
