Dylan Savino is a 2019 RHP with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Westlake Hills, TX who attends Westlake HS. Medium frame with a strong build and broad shoulders. Ran a 6.78 second 60-yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher with short side step delivery with a leg lift above the belt. Long and online arm action releasing from a three-quarters arm slot. Easy effort and quick arm stroke. Straight fastball with good command sitting in the upper 80's and topping out at 89 miles per hour. Slurve type curveball with a 10-to-4 shape with ability to command well and land for strikes. Maintains velocity well throughout outing. Also worked out as an outfielder. Hard carry to the infield with accurate throws. Topping out at 93 miles per hour from the outfield. Righthanded hitter with an open stance and a quick trigger for timing. Deep load into an extended swing path. Looks to impact the ball with a pull side approach. Line drive contact and gets solid jump off the barrel. Stays on time and repeats mechanics. Named to the 2018 Sunshine South Showcase Top Prospect List.
