Collin Curry is a 2020 SS/RHP/C with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Grapevine, TX who attends Grapevine HS. Tall athletic build, has some strength for his size with more to come. 7.45 runner, has a good first step on defense, soft hands, throws well on the move with good arm strength, shows his athleticism on defense. Right handed hitter, open stance with good balance through his swing, shows bat speed and the ability to drive the ball hard, line drive approach, has some power potential as he matures. Also pitched, long loose arm action in back, tends to cut himself off out front. Fastball topped out at 82 mph, gets good two-seam sinking action at times. Shows a full array of secondary pitches, curveball has tight spin and good biting action, change up was very nice at times with big diving action. Potential two-way prospect.
