Stephen Fuchs is a 6'3" 210 pound 2006 right handed pitcher from Sarasota High School who attends Cardinal Mooney High School. He has a tall frame and a medium build with good strength. A great pitcher's body. Stephen has solid arm speed and finishes well to the plate. He is very efficient with his delivery and works very quickly. His fastball has good cutting action to it at 79 mph. His curveball is solid with a 10/4 rotation to it at 68 mph. His change up was at 71 mph and is a developing pitch. He throws strikes and attacks the hitters. Fuchs also showed good bat speed at the plate. He is a gap to gap line drive hitter who stays inside the ball very well. He has a smooth swing and uses the entire field. Stephen is a good follow who is also a good student.
