Jeffrey Billig is a 2019 OF/ with a 5-8 160 lb. frame from Lincoln University, PA who attends Avon Grove HS. Younger look in regards to his frame with room on the body to fill out physically. Recorded a 4.84 40-yard dash. Moves well in the outfield with clean actions and maintaining his momentum through the release of the ball. The arm is loose and full through the back with arm strength that is developing as he matures. Direct path to the baseball and works through the entire throwing motion well. Stands balanced and closed at the plate with a small stride to create some separation. Good use of hands and path in the swing and has a contact-oriented approach at the plate hitting line drives to all fields well. Tools are there at the plate to be a very good hitter and will be dangerous at the plate as he continues to add strength to his frame. Great student.
