Jack Balcer is a 2023 OF/RHP with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Wayne, PA who attends Tilton. Tall athletic build with some present strength and room for plenty more. 6.95 runner in the sixty. Attacks the ball well in the outfield and has good hands through the ball, can improve his transition into throwing and his footwork, long arm action works fine and arm strength and carry will improve quickly with improved mechanics. Right handed hitter, has strong hands and good barrel skills at the plate, swing is short and strong with plenty of bat speed, works the middle of the field with a line drive stroke and gets plenty of jump off the barrel. Projects well as a hitter with additional strength. Very good student.,
