Aaron Holiday is a 2018 C/OF with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Bear, DE who attends Caravel Academy. Large, athletic frame with square shoulders and present strength to frame, additional room to grow even stronger moving forward. Ran a 5.15 40-yard dash. Primary catcher, wide base behind the top, gains nice ground coming out of the crouch and works over front side, works on top of the ball consistently and comes out of hand cleanly with plenty of carry, solid arm strength with plenty of quickness, accurate to the bag. Righthanded hitter, begins with a slightly open stance and uses a leg lift trigger for timing at start of swing. Closes off well moving into contact, creates nice extension out front with solid bat speed, shows fluidity and consistently finds the barrel. Repeats swing and shows intent in every stroke, projects nicely moving forward. Named to Northeast Indoor-NJ Top Prospect List. Excellent student.
