Jackson Morris is a 2019 RHP/ with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Brooklyn, NY who attends Brooklyn Technical HS. Has a medium frame, square shoulders, and present strength to build. On the mound, works on third base side, stays tall in the back, and has a leg lift up past the belt with a slight hip turn. Throws from a three-quarters arm slot with short and compact arm action, shows quickness throughout and stays online. Fastball has short arm side run, curveball has 10/4 shape with tight rotation, changeup shows sinking action. Gets extension out front and controls his own tempo. Athletic on the mound with quick feet and ability to field his position. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with an upright stance, high hand set, and a leg lift trigger. Loads with intent and looks to create leverage, flashes pull side pop. Excellent student.
