Michael Pisacreta is a 2018 OF/LHP with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Lassiter High School. Medium build and frame, athleticism, and room to continue to fill out physically. Posted a 7.15 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, showed a clean transfer and worked through the ball well. Longer arm action through the back with arm strength up to 79 mph. At the plate, started with an upright stance, even base, and simple hand load. Very clean and repeatable swing with a line drive plane. Good present bat speed with a polished, all fields approach. Generated leverage through swing with ability to repeat. Also pitched, started with a short rocker step, leg lift slightly above waist, worked from the 3B side of the rubber, and pitched with good tempo. Longer arm action with a slight wrist wrap and worked downhill well. Fastball worked 76-79 mph with short arm side life from a high three quarter arm slot. Curveball showed good depth and threw it for strikes with 1/7 shape and up to 68 mph. Changeup showed short fade at 71 mph with replicated arm speed. Good student.
