Steven Loden is a 2019 3B/2B, SS, OF with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Lower Gwynedd, PA who attends Wissahickon HS. Recorded a 7.38 second 60-yard dash time. Present strength and physicality on the frame overall that plays well into his tools. Primary third baseman with good arm strength, recorded up to 88 mph across the diamond. Has good athleticism at the position with easy actions. Secondary outfielder with quick and long steps into the throwing motion. Arm strength also plays well in the position and can aid in limiting the run game. Lefthanded hitter with a slightly open stance. Small leg lift trigger into contact with quality bat speed. Drives the ball with consistent line drive contact and leverages well to pull the ball. Clean rotation of the hips through contact and has good pop to the pull side. Named to the 2017 Mid-Atlantic Underclass Showcase Top Prospect List. Good student.
