Dylan Ball is a 2019 C/ with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Greenup, KY who attends Greenup County. Large frame with athletic present build; good projection and strength combo. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.31 seconds. Sets up to hit from wide-based, even stance with high hand set; toe tap trigger, shows good bat speed throughout, smoothness to barrel, tends to get downhill through zone. Has good hitting tools; small adjustment in plane could be extremely beneficial. Showed good ability to work to all fields on a line/on the ground. Worked out behind the plate. Stood out in games for receiving and blocking skills along with vocal leadership ability. Shows quickness to footwork and exchange when throwing down to 2nd base, showed quality arm strength clocked up to 78 mph on throws. Very good student.
