Reese Varley is a 2018 C/ with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Haymarket, VA who attends Battlefield HS. Has a large frame and build with sign of strength. Posted a 7.68 second sixty yard dash. From behind the plate, receives the baseball out front, ball carries out of his hand with arm strength up to 75 mph. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with a wide base and slight knee bent stance. Uses a middle of the field approach, stays short and direct with hand pat, has extension out front through the baseball, showed solid jump off the barrel. Great student. Named to 2016 Mid Atlantic Top Prospect List.
