Mitchell Landon is a 2019 OF/RHP with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Milton, GA who attends Milton HS. Recorded a 6.87 second 60-yard dash time. Medium build with a lean overall frame and lots of room to add strength. Primary outfielder who attacks the ball with good arm strength recorded up to 88 mph. Very good footwork with a quick release and utilizes his lower half well on throws. Accurate into the infield and creates good carry on throws out of the hand. Righthanded hitter with a deeper hand load but looseness to the hands and swing path through the swing. Crouched start with good balance to the stance. Short, compact swing with quick hands and creates line drive contact to the opposite field with intent. Good student. Named to the 2018 Sunshine Southeast Showcase Top Prospect List.
