Jarod Hall is a 2018 SS/OF with a 5-8 165 lb. frame from Irving, TX who attends Ranchview HS. Short compact build, has some present strength. Very good runner, 6.65 in the sixty. Played multiple positions but fits best in centerfield, has good feet and lots of range, will flash good footwork throwing but gets rushed and is still learning how to repeat his mechanics. Tends to play too fast in the infield and get out of control, arm strength still developing. Aggressive at all positions and will have to learn to play with the speed of the game. Right handed hitter, short compact swing with some hand quickness, swings down to the ball, has the quick twitch ability to keep improving with time and repetitions. Speed is his tool and he has plenty of time to learn to use it.
