Riley Bender is a 2021 SS/3B/OF with a 6-4 185 lb. frame from Kingwood, TX who attends Kingwood. Extra tall and lean frame with plenty of projection left in the body. Ran a 7.08 in the sixty yard dash. A primary infielder, confident on the dirt while possessing the ability to make all required plays on the left side and plenty of zip on the throws. A right-handed hitter, starts with and upright stance and uses some hand rhythm for timing. Strides closed and stays on the ball, looks to get the bat head out and pull the ball with authority. Strength at contact and budding power. The swing easily played in games. Good student.
