Philip Nance is a 2016 RHP/3B, 1B, SS with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Paris, TX who attends Paris. Nance has a good build with room to add strength. Smooth pitching mechanics, Over the top arm slot. Short arm action in back, lives down in the zone working both sides of the plate. Throws strikes. Has good mound presence. Good mix of fastball and curveball. Should continue to develop and get stronger. Hits from a square stance. Shows bat speed and pull side pop. Makes good hard contact. Defensively, good actions, has quick feet. Glove works well. Outstanding Student.
