Corbin Kraus is a 2014 OF/RHP with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Blaine, MN who attends Park Center Ib World. Kraus has a medium sized frame with a lean build. Defensively he has solid actions in the outfield with solid footwork. Kraus throws uphill and has developing arm strength with velocity up to 77 MPH. At the plate, he starts with an open tall stance and high hands. He uses a leg stride load to get square and he takes his hands to the ball well. Kraus made solid contact and has an idea of what he's doing at the plate. He has a rotational swing with good contact skills. Kraus pitches from an overhand arm slot with a long arm action. He gets some run on his fastball and works down in the zone well. Good student.
