Stryker Lewis is a 2018 OF with a 6-1 176 lb. frame from Cherry Hills Village, CO who attends Cherry Creek HS. Large, athletic frame with broad shoulders and present strength to frame, additional room to fill moving forward. Posted a 7.00 in the 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, moves well on feet and gathers under the ball well, full arm action through the back and works to an over-the-top release point, whip to arm action at release, accurate throws and gets over front side, shows carry out of the hand. Righthanded hitter, begins with a slightly open stance and a high back elbow with a hand set away from body. Upper body dominant swing, gets the barrel through the zone cleanly and with extension out front. Easy swing path, shows strength to swing, full swing plane, ball comes off the barrel well when squared and projects with additional lower half involved. Named to Underclass West Top Prospect List. Excellent student.
