Peyton Jones is a 2015 2B/RHP with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Theodore, AL who attends Theodore HS. Medium build, young look, minimal present strength. 7.22 runner, good range defensively, good hands and exchange, better game arm strength than showed in drills. Right handed hitter, exaggerated inside the ball approach, late load, opposite field contact, battles at the plate, shows a good eye, should continue to improve with additional strength. Also pitched, high 3/4's arm slot, extended arm action, fastball topped out at 78 mph, gets some depth on his curveball, could repeat his release point better. Good student.
