2015 PG Underclass All American Games
Nolan Wilson is a 2017 C/RHP/3B with a 6-3 205 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Lakeside HS. Tall and angular athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. Transitioning from third base to catcher, has the athleticism and tools, big arm strength, actions tend to be long at present but will improve with time. Right handed hitter, wrapped barrel start, long and strong swing with lots of lift, shows raw power and nice fluid extension out front, balanced finish on fastballs, tends to get out front and off balance on breaking pitches. Also pitched, mid 80's fastball from a sound delivery, has some projection on the mound. Good student.
