Jackson Parthasarathy is a 2015 RHP/3B with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Austin, TX who attends Lake Travis HS. Broad shouldered long limbed build, strong with room to get stronger. Slow paced delivery, works from the stretch, stays balanced on his back side, low effort delivery and release with a clean arm action. Mid 80's fastball, topped out at 88 mph, maintained velocity, gets fastball downhill and to both sides of the plate. Mid-70's curveball with a short biting 11/5 shape. Slows arm a bit on his change up with good sinking action. Has pitchability and fills up the strike zone. Very projectable with more velocity in his arm. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Rice.
