Tim Danehey is a 2013 RHP/2B with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Longmeadow, MA who attends Cathedral. Medium build with room to fill out and add strength. On the mound, slow tempo delivery, medium stride length, high leg kick, stays online. Short arm action in back. Fastball shows arm side run, control is solid and can repeat and throw strikes. Fastball also shows late sink. On the infield, fields high, stays back on ball but hands are clean and easy, accurate, solid arm strength. Right handed hitter, upright approach. Comfortable going to opposite field at present, line drive swing plane.
