Bernard Gilot is a 2016 3B/OF/1B with a 6-1 210 lb. frame from Apopka, FL who attends Montverde Academy. Big strong physical build, especially in the lower half. Right handed hitter, balanced load and set up, wrapped start with the barrel, gets to his front side early, long and strong swing with big pull power, looks to pull and lift, ball comes off the barrel hard when squared, shows his power, had some good game swings, somewhat of an all or nothing hitter but can change a game when he gets all of it. 7.63 runner, charges the ball well in left field, soft accurate throws, tools profile best at first base defensively.
