Jared Turner is a 2014 2B with a 5-5 180 lb. frame from New Orleans, LA who attends Holy Cross HS. Short thick build with good compact strength. Right handed hitter, short arms and very short to the ball, has hand quickness and some strength, line drive swing plane, solid mid field contact, squares up the ball well and has a high average/high contact approach. Second base tools and profile, plays hard, hands are good, will have to work on improving range and foot quickness.
