Anthony Dodd is a 2014 RHP/OF with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Tyrone, GA who attends Sandy Creek. Tall, strongly built right-handed pitcher with some room to add strength. Ran a 7.23 60 yard dash. Pitches from a high three-quarter arm slot and reaches 78 mph with his fastball. Flashes cut action on his fastball. Mixes an 11-5 curveball at 70 mph, needs to be more consistent with his location. Goes right after hitters. Also swung the bat, works from a high hand set and takes a big stride. Shows a flat, line drive swing path and doesn't get cheated up there. Swing has fluidity and shows raw bat speed. Arm strength is still developing from the outfield but makes accurate throws. Excellent student.
