Tyler Moore is a 2012 C/3B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Shawnee, KS who attends Mill Valley. Medium build athlete with present strength. Good defensive skills behind the plate. Low base, catches the ball cleanly and gains ground with feet on pops to second base. Arm action is good with solid arm strength. Will benefit from quicker feet and transfer. Right-handed hitter with a good set up and load at the plate. Long swing with good contact skills. Does a good job of taking hands to the ball. Ball comes off the bat well with good sound and exit. Has pop in bat. Good student.
