Connor Brockenbush is a 2010 3B/SS/OF with a 6'0'', 170 lb. frame from Colleyville, TX who attends Grapevine HS. Lean athletic build, strength projection. Athletic actions, 6.97 runner, can play both OF/IF with ability, very strong arm both positions, aggressive defensive actions. Short quick swing, simple no stride approach, good hitting rhythm, stays behind ball well, handled upper 80's fastballs with no problem, solid line drive contact, high average type hitter, some gap power. Good all around player. Very good student.
