John Cal Masengale is a 2010 2B/3B/P with a 6'1'', 180 lb. frame from Senoia, GA who attends East Coweta HS. Soft, quick hands in the IF, good release and accurate throws. Hits with a rotaional swing, no stride, front shoulder down. solid bat speed, hard game contact, aggressive early in count. On the mound, he has a slow deliberate delivery and solid overall mechanics. Over hand release and low effort motion. Has run on FB, CH is solid pitch with good fade. Went after hitters and pitched well. Very good student.
