2025 PG Sophomore National Showcase (2028 Grads)
Sam Dicker is a 2028 RHP/1B with a 6-3 217 lb. frame from Bronxville, NY who attends Bronxville. Big bodied young player with big present strength. Has a deep arm swing and a long and whippy arm stroke to a low 3/4's arm strength, high energy mechanics and release, creates a tough angle when he's in the zone. Fastball topped out at 87 mph with tons of run and sink, nothing straight. Threw a sweeping slurve type breaking ball with good depth, also mixed in a firm change up that replicated his fastball well. Reliever profile in the future but threw 66% strikes and controlled his delivery well. 7.59 runner in the sixty, plays first base when not on the the mound.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
