Cameron Gagnon is a 2008 LHP/OF with a 6'0'', 170 lb. frame from Riverside, CA, who attends Woodcrest Christian High School. Gagnon has a trim waist with projectability. On the mound he throws from a 3/4 arm slot with solid arm action. Gagnon has a loose arm with good arm speed. He throws with minimal effort, and he has a balanced delivery. He stays inline to the plate with a deceptive delivery that allows the ball to jump on the hitters. Gagnon has good control of all his pitches starting with a fastball that topped out at 86 mph. He mixes in a 65 mph curveball with good depth and he got weak swings on that pitch. Gagnon also gets fading action on his change, and he shows good pitchability. He has projectable velocity with good upside on the mound. He also showed a balanced approach at the plate, and he is a good student as well.
