2025 PG Underclass All-American Games
Austin Olness is a 2027 SS/3B/OF with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Hermosa Beach, CA who attends Mira Costa. Big and physical build with plenty of present strength. Right handed hitter, open base, strong hands, whips the barrel with intent, developing timing, quick two hand finish, mixed results with tendency to shoot forward at times, quick and whippy hands with rotational acceleration and traits to project on in the box with present strength showing. Primary shortstop, corner actions and look, deliberate path to the baseball, presents the glove on time, loose arm from a three-quarters slot, developing lower half and balance. On the barrel a good bit in game action with consistent lift that points towards future power projection.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
