Grayden Eister is a 2023 OF/2B, MIF with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from San Jose, CA who attends Pioneer. Defensively he showed some prowess at multiple spots. In the outfield, the steps work quickly to attack the baseball with proper glove technique and arm that produces strong carrying throws that at times showed one hop accuracy. On the dirt, the glove work continues to be proper with in rthyhm fotwork in either direction. At the plate, he sets up with slightly open narrow stance that works into a decent stridng load, the weight stays behind the ball well as the hands extend to impact. The approach is geared lofted towards the pull side with the occasional top spin line drive /groundball. Definitely a quality power ceiling that he should continue maturing into. 7.08 60-yard. Great student.
