Heliot Ramos is a 2017 OF with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Maunabo, PR who attends Alfonso Casta Martínez HS. Strong athletic build, looks bigger than his listed size. 6.55 runner, aggressive to the ball and moves through it well on defense, gets overaggressive at the ball at times, short compact arm action with an over the top arm slot. Right handed hitter, has very good bat speed with strength in his swing, low tension swing, has hitters rhythm and squared up the ball consistently in games, big power potential. The offensive potential is very interesting when combined with the plus speed. Not consistent yet but watch out as he gets more repetitions. Good student.
