Connor Whitaker is a 2016 SS with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Friendswood, TX who attends Friendswood HS. Medium prototypical middle infielder's build. Loose actions on defense, moves to the ball well, long extended loose arm action, arm strength projects well, has athletic actions and should continue to improve with physical maturity. Right handed hitter, straight tall stance, upper half rotational swing, keeps hands close to body, line drive swing plane, works the ball to the middle of the field and oppo, needs strength to drive the ball but has a sound approach.
