George Garcia is a 2014 LHP/ with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Mendham, NJ who attends Morris Catholic HS. Medium frame with a lean athletic build. He has plenty of room to continue to add strength. On the mound he has very sound mechanics. He has a smooth balanced delivery that he is able to consistently repeat. His arm action is compact and the ball comes out cleanly. Showed good arm speed and really extends out front on his release. FB had some cut action. Showed good control of the strike zone and the ability to keep hitters off balance. Very good mound presence. Good student.
