Anthony Martinez is a 2014 1B/OF with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Green, OH who attends Green HS. Martinez has a medium sized frame with some present strength. Defensively, he has developing actions at first base with developing footwork. He throws with a long arm action with developing arm strength. At the plate, Martinez starts with a slightly closed stance with his hands away from his body. He has developing bat speed and looks to pull. Martinez can get more use from his lower half to improve bat speed and pop. Good student.
