Trey Mitchell is a 2014 OF/ with a 5-7 135 lb. frame from Surprise, AZ who attends Willow Canyon. Mitchell has a smaller frame with a thin lean build. He moves to the ball well defensively and has good footwork. He throws uphill and has developing arm strength. Mitchell made online throws with accuracy. At the plate, Mitchell starts with a lower hand set and has a sweeping swing. He made consistent contact and has a wristy swing. Mitchell has a rotational swing with an inside out approach. He was aggressive on the bases in game as well. Good student.
