Jake Eissler is a 2016 RHP/3B with a 6-2 210 lb. frame from Littleton, CO who attends Thunderridge HS. Strong and physically mature build. Up tempo delivery, swings the gate with his front side, gets downhill well from a high 3/4's arm slot, stays well balanced, hides the ball well behind his body in back. Upper 80's fastball, will show nice arm side run at times. Change up best pitch this outing with nice fade and sink with good arm speed and quality deception. Curveball flashed tight spin and depth at times but occasionally backed up on him. Did not hit or play a position at this event but is a high level two-way prospect for the college level. Outstanding student. Verbal commitment to TCU.
